1. Shipping & Charges

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs per order.
Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer, as per local regulations.
Delivery times are estimated and we are not liable for delays due to external factors.

2. Quotations

Quotations are issued based on the information you provide and are considered an invitation to place an order. If your information is incorrect, the quoted product may not suit your needs. Your offer to purchase is subject to these terms.

3. Order Acceptance

We are under no obligation to accept any order. An order becomes binding once accepted by us, even if you do not receive confirmation.

4. Order Conditions

These terms override any conflicting terms on your order forms or related documents.

5. Order Cancellation & Returns

No cancellations or returns are accepted without prior written consent from us.
Approved cancellations are subject to a restocking fee (variable), and you are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
Return requests must reference the original invoice.
Special order items and used parts are non-returnable.
Core deposits will be refunded only if items are returned complete and in acceptable condition for refurbishment.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping or production delays. Delivery times are estimates only.

7. Bank Fees

Your bank may charge additional transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

8. Certificate of Debt

Our statements of account serve as initial proof of any amounts owed. Certificates signed by our director or solicitor are considered valid unless a clear error is evident.

9. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, trademarks, and intellectual property shown on this website belong to their respective manufacturers. cartrimhome.com is not affiliated with these manufacturers.

10. Governing Law
