Return & Exchange Policy

At CarTrimHome, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following return and exchange guidelines before initiating a return:

Return Is Acceptable Under the Following Conditions:

  • Within 1 month (quality issues only): If the product has a verified quality issue (non-human damage), we will repair or refund it and cover the return shipping. Refund requests beyond 1 month are not accepted, but we will offer free repair service (return shipping at your cost).
  • Within 14 days (no quality issues): If you simply want to return the item within 14 days, please contact us for the return address. The item must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Wrong item or quality defect: Please send us clear photos showing the problem. We will take full responsibility and provide a replacement or refund.
  • Exchange for a different style: Contact us first to confirm price differences and shipping fees. Once approved, send the original product back and provide the tracking number. A new product will be shipped after we receive the original.

Liability Clarifications

  • Incorrect item sent: If we send the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping and replace it. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, the return shipping and partial original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Damaged in transit: We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Package lost in transit: We will re-send the item free of charge.

No Return or Exchange in the Following Cases

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with a product (e.g. “I don’t like it” or “It looks different than expected”).
  • Items that have been used, engraved, worn, washed, or altered by a third party.
  • Unauthorized returns, or items packaged incorrectly or without proper insurance.
