1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, undamaged, and original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

⚠️ Customized products, special orders, and used items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• Contact us first at service@cartrimhome.com to request a return authorization.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
• After approval, ship the product back to the address we provide.

3. Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

⚠️ If your order was shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
