How to Solve Common Problems

Here are some frequently encountered issues and how you can resolve them. If your problem is not listed, please contact us directly at service@cartrimhome.com.

1. I placed an order but did not receive any confirmation email.

Please log into the email account you used for the order and search for an email from sales@cartrimhome.com. Also check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us immediately.

2. I checked out as a “guest.” How can I find my tracking number?

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 2–3 business days, please check your inbox for an email from sales@cartrimhome.com (and your spam folder). Otherwise, contact us for assistance.

3. I realized my shipping address is incorrect. How can I update it?

Please contact us immediately at service@cartrimhome.com and provide your correct shipping address.

4. I want to cancel my order and reorder later.

Please contact service@cartrimhome.com. If possible, let us know the reason for cancellation—it helps us improve. Note: If you paid via PayPal, do not send cancellation requests to our PayPal email. Always contact us through @cartrimhome.com email addresses.

5. My payment keeps failing. What could be the reason?

This usually happens with credit card payments. Possible reasons include:

  • Declined by Bank System: Please contact your bank to allow the transaction.
  • Cannot Start 3D Authorized Service: Check if your card supports 3D Secure and contact your bank.
  • Transaction Do Not Honour: Try again and make sure your information is correct.
  • Cardholder Failed 3D Authentication: Verification failed. Please retry the payment.

6. I received a product issue and need quick support.

  • Body: Detailed description of the issue, with photos or videos attached.
